I've been training various forms of sword fighting with the Academy of Steel for about four years now, here in Caerphilly as well as in Cardiff and Marshfield (about half way to Newport). It's a great club with a good balance between fitness, training technique and sparring to put those techniques into practice. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in fencing, martial arts or just a fun way to get fit.
